From family neighborhoods and US-75 commercial growth, owners call us when a kit builder cannot answer wind load, occupancy, or slab questions. We bid shop-houses, homestead shells, and acreage living as a complete package: site, foundation, red iron, enclosure, and documented quality gates before each draw. That is how Allen projects stay on schedule through North Texas heat, clay movement, and city inspections.
Every Allen job is fully registered and insured. You get stamped engineering where required, a published sequence, and a single contractor accountable for the steel and the slab, not a chain of subcontractors pointing at each other.

We pour a slab designed for the frame, then erect and square the building to residential tolerances.
Step 03
Roof, walls, openings, and insulation so your finish trades can start without weather delays.
MORSTEEL is a turnkey general contractor for the structural shell, slab, and weather-tight enclosure. Interior finish packages can be coordinated once the steel is dry-in.
